Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung was born on September 2, 1965, and founded ThaiHaBooks Joint Stock Company on June 22, 2007; he currently serves as the Chairman of ThaiHaBooks. Previously, he spent 12 years working at FPT Corporation—Vietnam’s largest information technology enterprise—where he held the position of Deputy Director.

Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung has studied, worked, and traveled to over 40 countries around the world. He is fluent in four languages: English, French, Russian, and Vietnamese.

He is a member of the Information and Communications Department of the Central Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Publishers Association, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association for Protection of Child’s Rights.

He is also a lecturer at the FPT School of Business (FSB), FPT University, and an expert instructor in Speed Reading skills.

Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung has authored numerous articles for major Vietnamese and international media outlets such as VnExpress, Vietnamnet, Dan Tri, Tuoi Tre, Thanh Nien, Zing, Publishing Perspectives, etc.

Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung is an expert and speaker for numerous international programs and book fairs, such as the Global Copyright Director Conference, the Global Dummies Conference, the Istanbul International Publishing Forum, and StoryDrive Asia. He has also been a speaker at Book Fairs in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Frankfurt (Germany), Beijing (China), the Chiang Mai Children’s Book Fair (Thailand), Jakarta (Indonesia), and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia).
